Leah Tenari Narrative Imagery

Leah Tenari works with acrylic and gouache on both paper and canvas. Her work often reflects personal and complexity of human condition. She approaches her work through a caricature-like narrative, often relating to her personal experience. I think the most memorable element of her work is how she uses the idea of voyeurism, traditional customs and social conditioning. Her illustrations are also recognized in covers of magazines and used in articles alike. Come and enjoy her expressive art this Wednesday, February 18th at 7 pm at Mixed Greens Gallery. This exhibition is presented by Gen Art, and is also open to public. get your tickets online...
