Located on top of an old brick warehouse in Shoreditch, London, Village Underground provides affordable studio space for young artists for an average of 15 pounds per week. These subway cars are used as studio/working spaces for the artists and at the same time, the lower-level restored warehouse has become an exhibition space and an event venue. The coolest part of it is that they have plans to expand this concept to Berlin, Lisbon and Toronto. Pretty sick idea huh?!
