Must See: Georgia O'Keefe "Abstraction"

One of the exciting exhibitions of the season has come to my attention. Not another action could take place the experience of visiting and observing first hand the stunning composition of Georgia O'Keefe's lifetime collection of work. Whitney's latest show stopper, Georgia O'Keefe: Abstraction, summarizes the subsequent abstractions produced during the 20th century. It was not until she became one of the younger generation of abstractionists her work became widely acknowledged and explored. This Fall, the Whitney Museum of American Art showcases a sum of 130 works of art including watercolors, drawings, and sculptures that reinforces O'Keefe distinction as of America's first abstract artist. Read more about it here.
