Sand artist Kseniya Simonova moved the audience to tears as she won this year's Ukraine's Got Talent. Soon after, her name was all over the news and she became an international sensation with over 2 million online hits! The video above pictures the 24-year-old native drawing a series of images created on an illuminated sand table, showing the scenes from the unforgettable World War II. The astonishing performance art depicts the lives of ordinary people who were affected by the German invasion. The Great Patriotic War, as called in Ukraine, resulted in the death of one in four million people--killing roughly 8-11 million deaths of the entire 42 million population. Read more here.
