Literature vs. Traffic

Staged in the quiet streets of Dumbo, Brooklyn, Literature vs. Traffic sat temporarily against the backdrop our city twilight. Madrid artists, Luzinterruptus brought their light-based street art thousands of miles away to our lovely New York City. Comprised out of 800 books, each attached with a single light, Literature vs. Traffic was a noteworthy installation, with an intention of replacing traffic with literature. The temporary installation took a good 2 hours preparation time and approximately 7 hours uninterrupted "show time."
