Amplified

Came across this piece by L017 duo Angelo Bramanti and Giussepe Saracusa. Through the Barricades is a molded sculpture of a human portrait made entirely out of recycled/found objects, specifically vinyl. I am not sure about the frame, I think its rather distracting. However, I am always supportive of those who create pop art sculptures out of wasted material.

DUNADI: Singing on the Darkness

Long overdue. I went to Dunadi's solo exhibition, Singing on the Darkness at Jogja Gallery in Yogyakarta, Indonesia. The exhibition was curated by Indonesian curator Mikke Susanto. Just wanted to share my experience with the installation by posting my documentation. Spent quite some time walking around each piece and observed it from various angles and heights.
